  went to purchase a refrigerator at this store, informed the sales person which one I wanted that was on sale. gave all the information to the sales person and they said they would call me. Never received the call, called the store numerous times with no avail. Called the Kissimmee store sales person answered and I placed the order at this store. Apparently the sale person clicked that this was an online order. The order was sent to St Cloud store for delivery. Delivery came and the contractor said they could not disconnect the water line to the refrigerator. No sales person ever disclosed that we had to disconnect the water line. My wife told the contractor to cancel the order since there was no one to remove the water line. The contractor slammed the door upon exiting our home. My wife called Home Depot and talked to the manager about the rudeness of the contractor and that we have not received any documentation that that states that the owner is responsible for removing the old water line. Since no one knows who the sales person is there is not way to find out if they know of this procedure. We are very unsatisfied with the contractor that Home Depot used in this process. I was informed that the contractor did not understand English that well and that could have led to some of the problem. After my wife unloaded everything in the refrigerator/freezer and had to put it all back no one is taking responsibility to give us any $$ compensation. Next step is to contact Corporate.
