Was dreading visiting the store because of past poor reviews but I went anyway and was very pleasantly surprised. I was acknowledged right away. I did have to wait about 5 mins while another customer finished chatting but then Gregorio spent ALOT of time getting me set up. I think this store is improving dramatically. Give them a chance as they are always busy. So, bring patience and a smile. You will be taken care of.
